NP200 is our first Android based player launched in June of 2015. It takes the advantages of the Android version 4.2 to deliver a reliable and powerful hardware plus rich peripheral interfaces. NP200 is currently main stream product deploying in many customer locations.

  • HDMI/VGA interfaces can access to various 1080p display TVs
  • Support LAN, WIFI and 3G networks., as well as standalone mode.

NP300 is the successor of NP200 and state-of-the-art hardware design based on Android v5.1. It’s 100% backward compatible with all features of NP200 plus 4K UHD video, 1080p HDMI input, and HTML5 support. NP300 is cost-effective solution that has built-in hardware including 8GB internal memory, wifi module, LCD driver and interfaces for integrated signage TV.

Introduction of MIA CMS icat

icat (internet client admin tool) is 100% developed by MIA’s software team. icat is a cloud based CMS(content management software) to upload media files, create playlist and playback immediately on your remote players. Our design principle is WYSIWYG(What You See is What You Get). First time user can operate quickly in 10-15 minutes without any help document. MIA offers 3 different icat CMS to meet customer’s requirements.

1. Static CMS - icat5

Step 1: Upload your media files

Step 2: Create template or use standard template

Step 3: Choose your media file as playlist

Step 4: Arrange schedule for your playlist and publish

Once published, player will receive new playlist and download content in the background while playing old playlist. Once new content is loaded completely, then it will switch to new content to play.

2. Dynamic CMS – icat6

MIA recently launched a dynamic CMS for advertising marketer who prefers to use campaign and file tag concept to generate playlist. This is very useful for large scale of media files, hundreds of players with simple procedure to create right playlist.

Step 1: Upload media file with tag name

Step 2: Create campaign with the following selections then publish

  • Player criteria
  • File tag
  • Campaign time range
  • Campaign count or percentage

icat6 will take all campaigns to generate a well-distributed file order for the daily playlist of each player. icat6 handles very complicated algorithm and calculation, but give easy way for user to get right playlist.

3. Local Network (Intranet) CMS - wincat

Besides icat for internet connection, MIA also developed a Windows based icat “wincat” that can be installed on any x86 PC as local server. Wincat allows single account to manage all intranet players from a PC station. Just open any browser to operate. All the functions are same as icat.

MIA has very strong software team to implement any special features. MIA also provides engineering service to setup and install icat CMS on customer’s server. End customer can manage their own administration for large scale of players and better security.
